Article R6142-21 of the French Public Health Code

The procedure defined in articles R. 6142-19 and R. 6142-20 is applicable in the event of difficulties arising at the time of renewal of the agreement in the event of its termination by one of the contracting parties. However, the previous agreement continues to apply until an agreement is reached before the conciliation commission or until the ministers notify the parties of their decision.

Article R6142-21

La procédure définie aux articles R. 6142-19 et R. 6142-20 est applicable au cas où des difficultés se présentent au moment du renouvellement de la convention en cas de dénonciation de celle-ci par l’un des contractants. Toutefois, la convention antérieure continue à s’appliquer jusqu’à l’accord intervenu devant la commission de conciliation ou jusqu’à la notification, par les ministres, de leur décision.
