Article R6142-27 of the French Public Health Code

The committee examines the dossier sent by the prefect, which includes the opinion of the director of the training and research unit or, if there are several, the chairman of the medical education coordination committee and the opinion of the director(s) of the pharmacy training and research unit. In the case of a joint medical and pharmacy training and research unit, the file includes the opinion of the director of the unit and that of the teacher in charge of the pharmacy section, if the director is a doctor, or that of the teacher in charge of medicine if the director is a pharmacist.

La commission examine le dossier transmis par le préfet, lequel comporte l’avis du directeur de l’unité de formation et de recherche ou, s’il en existe plusieurs, du président de la commission de coordination de l’enseignement médical et l’avis du ou des directeurs d’unité de formation et de recherche de pharmacie. Dans le cas d’une unité de formation et de recherche mixte de médecine et de pharmacie, le dossier comporte l’avis du directeur de l’unité et celui de l’enseignant responsable de la section pharmacie, si le directeur est médecin, ou celui de l’enseignant responsable de la médecine si le directeur est pharmacien.
