Article R6142-42 of the French Public Health Code

In each hospital and university centre, the biomedical and public health research committee ensures the coordination of research activities carried out by the establishments and organisations that make up the centre or that are associated with it under the agreements provided for in article L. 6142-5.

The committee is consulted on projects concerning :

1° Amendments and renewals of the agreement provided for in article L. 6142-3 ;

2° The association agreements provided for in article L. 6142-5 ;

3° The research policy, as it results from the establishment project provided for in article L. 6143-2, of the university hospital centre as well as of the health establishments associated with the missions of the university hospital centre within the framework of the agreements provided for in article L. 6142-5;

4° The section relating to teaching, research and innovation of the multiannual contract of objectives and resources provided for in article L. 6114-1 of the university hospital centres and of each of the health establishments associated with the missions of the hospital and university centre within the framework of the agreements provided for in article L. 6142-5 ;

5° The stipulations relating to biomedical and public health research in the multi-annual establishment contract provided for in article L. 711-1 of the Education Code;

6° The research project of the activity clusters of public health establishments provided for in article L. 6146-1 of the Public Health Code;

7° The university hospital centre’s participation in the cooperation structures provided for in articles L. 344-1 to L. 344-3 of the Research Code.

Article R6142-42

Dans chaque centre hospitalier et universitaire, le comité de la recherche en matière biomédicale et de santé publique veille à la coordination des activités de recherche exercées par les établissements et organismes qui le composent ou qui lui sont associés dans le cadre des conventions prévues à l’article L. 6142-5.

Le comité est consulté sur les projets concernant :

1° Les modifications et le renouvellement de la convention prévue à l’article L. 6142-3 ;

2° Les conventions d’association prévues à l’article L. 6142-5 ;

3° La politique de recherche, telle qu’elle résulte du projet d’établissement prévu à l’article L. 6143-2, du centre hospitalier universitaire ainsi que des établissements de santé associés aux missions du centre hospitalier et universitaire dans le cadre des conventions prévues à l’article L. 6142-5 ;

4° Le volet relatif à l’enseignement, à la recherche et à l’innovation du contrat pluriannuel d’objectifs et de moyens prévu à l’article L. 6114-1 des centres hospitaliers universitaires et de chacun des établissements de santé associés aux missions du centre hospitalier et universitaire dans le cadre des conventions prévues à l’article L. 6142-5 ;

5° Les stipulations relatives à la recherche biomédicale et en santé publique du contrat d’établissement pluriannuel prévu à l’article L. 711-1 du code de l’éducation ;

6° Le projet de recherche des pôles d’activité des établissements publics de santé prévu à l’article L. 6146-1 du code de la santé publique ;

7° La participation du centre hospitalier universitaire aux structures de coopération prévues aux articles L. 344-1 à L. 344-3 du code de la recherche.
