The Committee meets when convened by its Chairman. The notice of meeting shall include the agenda set by the Chairman. It is sent to the members of the Committee, except in emergencies, at least seven days before the date of the meeting.
The Committee is quorate when the majority of its members are present. If the quorum is not reached, a new notice is sent within seven days to the members of the Committee, which then sits validly, regardless of the number of members present.
The Committee shall give its opinion within one month of the date of receipt of the request for an opinion. If no response is received within this period, its opinion is deemed to have been issued.
In the event of a tie, the Committee Chairman has the casting vote.
