Article R6154-21 of the French Public Health Code

The decision to suspend or withdraw the authorisation to practise on a freelance basis is notified by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency to the practitioner concerned and to the Director of the establishment to which the practitioner is assigned, by any means capable of establishing a date certain. When the private practice is carried out in an establishment other than that to which the practitioner is assigned, the decision to suspend or withdraw the authorisation to carry out the private practice is brought to the attention of the director of this other establishment by the director of the establishment to which the practitioner is assigned as soon as possible.

La décision de suspension ou de retrait de l’autorisation d’exercice de l’activité libérale est notifiée par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé au praticien concerné ainsi qu’au directeur de l’établissement d’affectation par tout moyen permettant d’établir date certaine. Lorsque l’activité libérale est réalisée dans un établissement autre que celui d’affectation du praticien, la décision de suspension ou de retrait de l’autorisation d’exercice de l’activité libérale est portée à la connaissance du directeur de cet autre établissement par le directeur de l’établissement d’affectation dans les meilleurs délais.
