Article R6154-27 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of articles R. 6154-25 and R. 6154-26 are applicable to hospital practitioners seconded as university hospital practitioners, in application of article 82 of decree no. 2021-1645 of 13th December 2021 relating to teaching and hospital staff in hospitals and university centres and who are self-employed, with regard to each part of their remuneration, as defined in article 84 of this decree.

Les dispositions des articles R. 6154-25 et R. 6154-26 sont applicables aux praticiens hospitaliers détachés en qualité de praticien hospitalier-universitaire, en application de l’article 82 du décret n° 2021-1645 du 13 décembre 2021 relatif au personnel enseignant et hospitalier des centres hospitaliers et universitaires et qui exercent une activité libérale, pour ce qui concerne chaque part de leur rémunération, telle que définie à l’article 84 de ce décret.
