Article R622-1 of the French Commercial code

The application to modify the administrator’s mission shall be made by petition to the court, which shall rule after hearing the debtor’s observations as well as those of the administrator, the mandataire judiciaire and the public prosecutor when they are not petitioners.

Any decision modifying the administrator’s mission shall be notified to the debtor. It is communicated to the persons cited in article R. 621-7and mentioned in the registers provided for in the first four paragraphs of Article R. 621-8.

Article R622-1

La demande de modification de la mission de l’administrateur est adressée par requête au tribunal qui statue après avoir recueilli les observations du débiteur ainsi que celles de l’administrateur, du mandataire judiciaire et du ministère public lorsqu’ils ne sont pas demandeurs.

Toute décision modifiant la mission de l’administrateur est notifiée au débiteur. Elle est communiquée aux personnes citées à l’article R. 621-7 et mentionnée aux registres prévus aux quatre premiers alinéas de l’article R. 621-8.
