Article R623-13 of the French Consumer Code

The consumer’s acceptance shall be sent, by any means enabling receipt to be acknowledged, to the trader and the requesting association or, where there is more than one, to one of them, within the time limit and in the manner determined by the judge.It expressly mentions the amount of compensation accepted, having regard to the terms of the judgment.

Article R623-13

L’acceptation du consommateur est adressée, par tout moyen permettant d’en accuser la réception, auprès du professionnel et de l’association requérante ou, en cas de pluralité, de l’une d’elles, selon le délai et les modalités déterminées par le juge.
Elle contient les nom, prénoms, domicile du consommateur ainsi que, le cas échéant, une adresse électronique à laquelle les informations relatives à la procédure peuvent lui être envoyées.
Elle mentionne expressément le montant de l’indemnisation acceptée, eu égard aux termes du jugement.
