Article R623-25 of the French Consumer Code

Difficulties that arise during the implementation of the judgment on liability are, pursuant to article L. 623-19, submitted to the “juge de la mise en état” before the expiry of the time limit set for consumer compensation. This time limit is suspended until the Pre-Trial Judge’s decision.
The order of the Pre-Trial Judge is not subject to appeal.

Les difficultés qui s’élèvent au cours de la mise en œuvre du jugement sur la responsabilité sont, en application de l’article L. 623-19, soumises au juge de la mise en état avant l’expiration du délai fixé pour l’indemnisation des consommateurs. Ce délai est suspendu jusqu’à la décision du juge de la mise en état.
L’ordonnance du juge de la mise en état n’est pas susceptible d’appel.
