Article R623-3 of the French Consumer Code

In addition to the information prescribed in articles 56 and 752 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the summons shall expressly set out, on pain of nullity, the individual cases presented by the association in support of its action.
Copy of the approval order issued pursuant to the provisions of article R. 811-2 is attached to the summons.

Copie de l’arrêté d’agrément pris en application des dispositions de l’article R. 811-2 est jointe à l’assignation.
