Article R6313-1 of the French Labour Code

The training course referred to in 1° of Article L. 6313-1 may be organised using different training methods enabling skills to be acquired.

Depending on the training methods that make up the learning path, the human and technical resources and the teaching resources, the conditions under which funding is provided may vary. Employers, the bodies mentioned in article L. 6316-1 and the bodies authorised to collect the funding contribution mentioned in articles L. 6331-48 and L. 6331-54 are considered to be funders within the meaning of this chapter.

L’action de formation mentionnée au 1° de l’article L. 6313-1 peut être organisée selon différentes modalités de formation permettant d’acquérir des compétences.

Selon les modalités de formation composant le parcours pédagogique, les moyens humains et techniques ainsi que les ressources pédagogiques, les conditions de prise en charge par les financeurs peuvent être différenciées. Sont considérés comme financeurs au sens du présent chapitre les employeurs, les organismes mentionnés à l’article L. 6316-1 et les organismes habilités à percevoir la contribution de financement mentionnée aux articles L. 6331-48 et L. 6331-54.
