Article R6323-10-3 of the French Labour Code

An employee who has benefited from a professional transition leave may not claim, in the same company, the benefit of a new professional transition leave before a period, expressed in months, equal to ten times the duration of the professional transition project previously carried out, expressed in months.

This period may not be less than six months or more than six years.

Le salarié ayant bénéficié d’un congé de transition professionnelle ne peut prétendre, dans la même entreprise, au bénéfice d’un nouveau congé de transition professionnelle avant un délai, exprimé en mois, égal à dix fois la durée du projet de transition professionnelle précédemment effectué, exprimée en mois.


Ce délai ne peut être inférieur à six mois ni supérieur à six ans.
