I.-The beneficiary of the professional transition leave provides the employer with supporting documents, drawn up by the training organisation, proving his/her attendance at the training course at the end of each month and when he/she returns to work.
An employee who, without legitimate reason, ceases to follow the training course, loses the benefit of the leave.
II.-By way of derogation, in companies with less than fifty employees, the beneficiary of the professional transition leave will submit the supporting documents proving his/her attendance to the regional inter-professional joint committee, which will provide the financial support for his/her professional transition project.
