The interested party may request mediation from France Compétences in application ofarticle R. 6123-14 of the Labour Code. At the request of France Compétences, the regional cross-industry joint committee will forward the employee’s application for funding, together with the reasoned decision to refuse funding for the professional transition project and, where applicable, the decision taken on the appeal.

L’intéressé peut solliciter une médiation de France compétences réalisée en application de l’article R. 6123-14 du code du travail. La commission paritaire interprofessionnelle régionale transmet, sur demande de France compétences, le dossier de demande de prise en charge du salarié accompagné de la décision motivée de refus de prise en charge du projet de transition professionnelle et, le cas échéant, de la décision prise sur le recours gracieux.
