I.-Skills operators ensure that the training actions mentioned in article L. 6313-1 are carried out as part of a control of services rendered.
II – The control referred to in I is carried out with regard to the supporting documents defined by an order of the minister responsible for vocational training.
In the event of an anomaly being noted in the implementation of an action mentioned in 1° to 3° of article L. 6313-1, the skills operator may ask the body providing the training or the employer for any additional documents needed to ensure that the action it is financing is actually taking place and that it complies with the legal, regulatory and contractual provisions.
III -Where the training provider or the employer does not provide all of the documents provided for or requested in application of II, the skills operator will not pay the expenses relating to the actions defined in article L. 6313-1.
IV -Skills operators make all necessary and substantiated reports to the government departments responsible for monitoring vocational training.
In the event of an anomaly being observed in the performance of an apprenticeship contract, the skills operators report the matter to the State departments responsible for monitoring vocational training and to the departments responsible for monitoring teaching mentioned in the last paragraph of article L. 6211-2.
