Article R6332-32 of the French Labour Code

The Board of Directors of France Compétences may, where necessary, call upon experts, in particular statutory auditors for the performance of the tasks mentioned in Article L. 6123-5, to carry out audits of skills operators.

The skills operators shall submit to these experts any documents or evidence establishing the reality and validity of the items appearing on the statistical and financial statement referred to in Article R. 6332-31.

Le conseil d’administration de France compétences peut, en tant que de besoin, recourir à des experts, notamment des commissaires aux comptes pour l’accomplissement des missions mentionnées à l’article L. 6123-5, pour pratiquer des audits auprès des opérateurs de compétences.

Les opérateurs de compétences présentent à ces experts toutes pièces ou documents établissant la réalité et le bien-fondé des éléments figurant sur l’état statistique et financier mentionné à l’article R. 6332-31.
