Article R6332-33 of the French Labour Code

Each skills operator sends the Minister responsible for vocational training the individual information relating to the beneficiaries of the apprenticeship and professionalisation contracts that it helps to finance.

This information is sent when the contracts are submitted, modified or terminated.

At the same time, the skills operators transmit information on the companies that have signed these contracts and on the corresponding training activities.

Chaque opérateur de compétences transmet au ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle les informations individuelles relatives aux bénéficiaires des contrats d’apprentissage et de professionnalisation qu’il contribue à financer.

Ces informations sont transmises lors du dépôt, de la modification et de la fin des contrats.

Les opérateurs de compétences transmettent simultanément les informations relatives aux entreprises qui ont conclu ces contrats ainsi qu’aux actions de formation correspondantes.
