I.-The rate of reimbursement by the State of the remuneration maintained for trainees by their employers may not exceed:
1° 50% in the case of job creation or modification of the production process;
2° 70% in the case of a reduction in the workforce or cessation of activity.
II.-In the case of agreements providing for the financing of a job adaptation action or a training action by the National Employment Fund, the rate of reimbursement may not exceed:
1° 50% for adaptation actions ;
2° 70% for training.
