After each renewal, the territorial and local chambers of commerce and industry and the departmental chambers of Ile-de-France elect a bureau consisting of a president, two vice-presidents, a treasurer, a deputy treasurer and one or two secretaries.
The chairman and the two vice-chairmen elected pursuant to the previous paragraph represent the three professional categories mentioned in article L. 713-11. The Chairman and Vice-Chairmen may not hold the office of Treasurer or Deputy Treasurer concurrently, in accordance with the provisions of article R. 712-13, or that of secretary.
The supervisory authority may authorise an increase in the number of officers, up to a maximum of three members, to take account of specific local circumstances. This increase is de jure for the application of article R. 711-21.
The internal regulations of the regional chamber of commerce and industry specify, where applicable, the delegations of signature granted to the president and treasurer of the local or departmental chambers of commerce and industry of Ile-de-France.
