Article R713-10 of the French Commercial code

Declarations of candidacy that meet the conditions provided for by Article L. 713-4 and by this sub-section shall be registered and shall give rise to the issue of a receipt.

The prefect of the department in which the chamber has its seat shall ensure publication of the list of candidates by posting it at the registry of the court mentioned in the first paragraph of Article R. 713-2, in the prefectures of the constituency and at the territorial and regional chambers of commerce and industry, within four working days of the closing date for the submission of candidacies provided for in article R. 713-9. He may supplement this publication by any other means.

The election campaign begins on the fifth working day following the deadline for the submission of candidacies and ends at midnight on the day before the last day of the election.

Les déclarations de candidature qui remplissent les conditions prévues par l’article L. 713-4 et par la présente sous-section sont enregistrées et donnent lieu à la délivrance d’un récépissé.

Le préfet du département du siège de la chambre assure la publication de la liste des candidats par affichage, au greffe de la juridiction mentionnée au premier alinéa de l’article R. 713-2, dans les préfectures de la circonscription et aux chambres de commerce et d’industrie territoriales et de région, dans les quatre jours ouvrés suivant la date limite de dépôt des candidatures prévue à l’article R. 713-9. Il peut compléter cette publication par tout autre moyen.

La campagne électorale débute le cinquième jour ouvré suivant la date limite de dépôt des candidatures et prend fin la veille du dernier jour du scrutin, à zéro heure.
