The electoral roll commission is called upon to complete the list of persons who meet the condition set by Article L. 723-4 to be eligible for election to the office of commercial court judge in elections organised pursuant to the provisions of l’article L. 723-11.
It meets when convened by its chairman to examine applications for entry on the electoral roll of consular delegates submitted by persons proving that they meet the conditions of eligibility for the duties of consular delegate set out in l’article L. 713-10.
This request is made no later than seven days after the date of the prefectoral order convening the electoral college of consular judges.
The electoral roll commission rules no later than fifteen days after the date of the prefectoral order convening the electoral college of consular judges.
An appeal may be lodged against the commission’s decisions within seven days. This appeal and the cassation appeal are lodged under the conditions provided for in the first and second paragraphs of Article R. 17 and Articles R. 18 to R. 19-6 of the electoral code.
