Article R7232-3 of the French Labour Code

The application for authorisation must be accompanied by a file containing :

1° The unique identification number or a copy of the articles of association of the legal entity, or, where applicable, for nationals of a Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, a document equivalent to the extract from the register of companies or the National Register of Companies as a company in the trades and crafts sector ;

2° Information enabling the quality of the services provided to be assessed;

3° A model document providing information to customers and users in tax matters and to administrative services in statistical matters;

4° A list of subcontractors;

Legal entities or individual entrepreneurs who are legally established in another Member State of the European Union or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area must attach to their application any information and documents relating to their situation with regard to the implementation of the obligations provided for, where applicable, by the legislation applicable in the State in which they are established, with a view to examining their application for authorisation.

A la demande d’agrément est joint un dossier comprenant :

1° Le numéro unique d’identification ou une copie des statuts de la personne morale, ou, le cas échéant, pour les ressortissants d’un Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou d’un autre Etat partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, un document équivalent à l’extrait d’immatriculation au registre du commerce et des sociétés ou au Registre national des entreprises en tant qu’entreprise du secteur des métiers et de l’artisanat ;

2° Les éléments permettant d’apprécier le niveau de qualité des services mis en œuvre ;

3° Un modèle de document prévoyant une information des clients et des usagers en matière fiscale et des services administratifs en matière statistique ;

4° La liste des sous-traitants ;

Les personnes morales ou entrepreneurs individuels qui sont légalement établis dans un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen joignent à leur dossier toute information et tout document relatifs à leur situation au regard de la mise en œuvre des obligations prévues, le cas échéant, par la législation applicable dans l’Etat où ils sont établis, en vue de l’examen de leur demande d’agrément.
