Article R752-34 of the French Commercial code

The four-month period provided for in I and II of Article L. 752-17 runs from receipt of the appeal by the secretariat of the national commission.

At least fifteen days before the meeting of the national commission, the parties, and the member of the departmental commission appointed pursuant to the provisions of the fourth paragraph of Article R. 752-16 are convened to the meeting and informed that the national commission will not take into account any documents produced less than ten days before the meeting, with the exception of documents emanating from public authorities.

Le délai de quatre mois prévu aux I et II de l’article L. 752-17 court à compter de la réception du recours par le secrétariat de la commission nationale.

Quinze jours au moins avant la réunion de la commission nationale, les parties, et le membre de la commission départementale désigné en application des dispositions du quatrième alinéa de l’article R. 752-16 sont convoqués à la réunion et informés que la commission nationale ne tiendra pas compte des pièces qui seraient produites moins de dix jours avant la réunion, à l’exception des pièces émanant des autorités publiques.
