Article R811-28-7 of the French Commercial code

I.-The panel for the examination referred to in article R. 811-28-5 is composed as follows:

1° A professor of higher education or lecturer responsible for teaching law in the field of the speciality applied for, chairman;

2° A magistrate of the court system;

3° A court-appointed administrator registered on the list provided for in article L. 811-2 mentioning the speciality requested.

II.-The provisions of articles R. 811-11 and R. 811-12 are applicable to this jury.

Article R811-28-7

I.-Le jury de l’examen mentionné à l’article R. 811-28-5 est composé ainsi qu’il suit :

1° Un professeur de l’enseignement supérieur ou maître de conférences chargé d’un enseignement juridique dans le domaine de la spécialité demandée, président ;

2° Un magistrat de l’ordre judiciaire ;

3° Un administrateur judiciaire inscrit sur la liste prévue à l’article L. 811-2 avec la mention de la spécialité demandée.

II.-Les dispositions des articles R. 811-11 et R. 811-12 sont applicables à ce jury.
