Within two months of the completion of the inspection operations, the member of the judiciary who carried out the inspection draws up a draft report and sends it to the inspected professional by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The inspected professional has one month from the date of receipt to make any comments.

At the end of this period, a final report is drawn up by the magistrate who carried out the inspection, to which any comments made by the inspected professional are appended. This report is sent to the party concerned, the Government Commissioner, the President of the National Council and, as appropriate, to the competent regional inspecting magistrate or coordinating magistrate as well as, where applicable, to the professional association or representative body to which the inspected professional belongs.

Dans un délai de deux mois à compter de l’achèvement des opérations d’inspection, le magistrat ayant procédé à l’inspection établit un projet de rapport et l’adresse par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception au professionnel inspecté. Celui-ci dispose d’un délai d’un mois à compter de la réception pour formuler ses observations.

A l’issue de ce délai, un rapport définitif est établi par le magistrat ayant procédé à l’inspection, auquel sont annexées les éventuelles observations du professionnel inspecté. Ce rapport est adressé à l’intéressé, au commissaire du Gouvernement, au président du Conseil national et, selon le cas, au magistrat inspecteur régional compétent ou au magistrat coordonnateur ainsi que, le cas échéant, à l’ordre professionnel ou à l’organe représentatif dont relève le professionnel inspecté.
