Article R8115-4 of the French Labour Code

The fine is paid and recovered by the public accountant responsible for the revenue. Proceedings for recovery shall be time-barred in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 274 of the Book of Tax Procedures. Articles 112 to 124, with the exception of the fourth paragraph of Article 117, of Decree no. 2012-1246 of 7 November 2012 on public budgetary and accounting management are applicable to the recovery of this fine. The sums recovered are allocated to the State’s general budget.

Article R8115-4

L’amende est prise en charge et recouvrée par le comptable public assignataire de la recette. L’action en recouvrement se prescrit conformément aux dispositions de l’article L. 274 du livre des procédures fiscales. Les articles 112 à 124, à l’exception du quatrième alinéa de l’article 117, du décret n° 2012-1246 du 7 novembre 2012 relatif à la gestion budgétaire et comptable publique sont applicables au recouvrement de cette amende. Les sommes recouvrées sont affectées au budget général de l’Etat.
