Article R812-2 of the French Consumer Code

The composition of the file and the procedures for examining applications for specific recognition are set by order of the minister responsible for consumer affairs.
The decision is notified to the association within a maximum of four months. Specific recognition may be withdrawn by order of the Minister responsible for consumer affairs before the expiry of the three-year period mentioned in article R. 812-1 if the association ceases to fulfil one of the conditions listed in this article. Reasons shall be given for the order withdrawing specific recognition and the association concerned shall be notified.

Article R812-2

La composition du dossier et les modalités d’instruction des demandes de reconnaissance spécifique sont fixées par arrêté du ministre chargé de la consommation.
La décision est notifiée à l’association dans un délai maximum de quatre mois.
La décision de rejet de la demande est motivée.
La reconnaissance spécifique peut être retirée par arrêté du ministre chargé de la consommation avant l’expiration de la période de trois ans mentionnée à l’article R. 812-1 si l’association cesse de remplir l’une des conditions énumérées à cet article.
L’association est mise à même de présenter ses observations dans un délai raisonnable.
L’arrêté de retrait de la reconnaissance spécifique est motivé et notifié à l’association concernée.
