The Compagnie nationale contributes to achieving the objectives set out in article L. 821-6 for the proper practice of the profession by its members.

The Compagnie nationale represents the profession and defends its moral and material interests. It may submit any proposal relating to the interests of its members to the ministers concerned. It supports professionals through its regional companies.

The regional companies contribute to the work of the Compagnie Nationale in accordance with its decisions. They are responsible for the administration and management of the profession within their jurisdiction.

The Compagnie nationale and the regional companies contribute to the training and professional development of their members, as well as to the training of candidates for the duties of statutory auditors and may assist professionals in their registration procedures.

La Compagnie nationale concourt à la réalisation des objectifs fixés par l’article L. 821-6 pour le bon exercice de la profession par ses membres.

La Compagnie nationale représente la profession et défend ses intérêts moraux et matériels. Elle peut présenter aux ministres intéressés toute proposition relative aux intérêts de ses membres. Elle accompagne les professionnels en s’appuyant sur les compagnies régionales.

Les compagnies régionales concourent à l’action de la Compagnie nationale dans le respect de ses décisions. Elles assurent l’administration et la gestion de la profession dans leur ressort.

La Compagnie nationale et les compagnies régionales contribuent à la formation et au perfectionnement professionnel de leurs membres, ainsi qu’à la formation des candidats aux fonctions de commissaires aux comptes et peuvent assister les professionnels dans leurs démarches d’inscription.
