Article R823-5 of the French Consumer Code

The Board of Directors meets at least three times a year in ordinary session.
Except in emergencies, the place, date and agenda are notified at least two weeks in advance to the members of the Board of Directors, the Government Commissioner, the member of the General Economic and Financial Control body and the Managing Director.
The Government Commissioner, the member of the General Economic and Financial Control body, the Managing Director and the Accounting Officer attend meetings in an advisory capacity.

Le conseil d’administration se réunit au moins trois fois par an en séance ordinaire.
Sauf en cas d’urgence, le lieu, la date et l’ordre du jour sont portés au moins deux semaines à l’avance à la connaissance des membres du conseil d’administration, du commissaire du Gouvernement, du membre du corps du contrôle général économique et financier et du directeur général.
Le commissaire du Gouvernement, le membre du corps du contrôle général économique et financier, le directeur général et l’agent comptable assistent aux séances avec voix consultative.
