The trust contract may be revoked by the settlor until it has been accepted by the beneficiary.

After acceptance by the beneficiary, the contract may only be amended or revoked with the beneficiary’s agreement or by court order.

Le contrat de fiducie peut être révoqué par le constituant tant qu’il n’a pas été accepté par le bénéficiaire.

Après acceptation par le bénéficiaire, le contrat ne peut être modifié ou révoqué qu’avec son accord ou par décision de justice.
