After notification, the pledged creditor enjoys a right of retention on the pledged claim and has the sole right to its payment both in principal and interest.

The pledged creditor, like the pledgor, may pursue enforcement, with the other duly informed.

Après notification, le créancier nanti bénéficie d’un droit de rétention sur la créance donnée en nantissement et a seul le droit à son paiement tant en capital qu’en intérêts.

Le créancier nanti, comme le constituant, peut en poursuivre l’exécution, l’autre dûment informé.
