Article 312-18 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The aid is paid as follows:

– 75% at the time of the award decision;
– 25% after submission to the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée of the formalised version of the project for the concept grant or the developed version of the project for the writing grant.

Payment is made to the author. If there is more than one author, payment is made to the authors on the basis of the agreements between them.

Article 312-18

L’aide est versée dans les conditions suivantes :

– 75 % au moment de la décision d’attribution ;
– 25 % après remise au Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée de la version formalisée du projet pour l’aide au concept ou de la version élaborée du projet pour l’aide à l’écriture.

Le versement est effectué à l’auteur. En cas de pluralité d’auteurs, le versement est effectué aux auteurs en fonction des conventions intervenues entre eux.
