Article 411-82 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The same project may not give rise to the award of selective aid and:
1° Pre-production production aid or production programme aid provided for in this section, with the exception of projects giving rise to the application of 2° of article 411-51;
2° Automatic or selective aid for the production or preparation of audiovisual works;
3° Selective aid after completion provided for in this section.

Article 411-82

Un même projet ne peut donner lieu à l’attribution d’une aide sélective et :
1° D’une aide à la production avant réalisation ou d’une aide au programme de production prévues par la présente section, à l’exception des projets donnant lieu à l’application du 2° de l’article 411-51 ;
2° D’une aide automatique ou sélective à la production ou à la préparation des œuvres audiovisuelles ;
3° D’une aide sélective après réalisation prévue par la présente section.
