Article 433-7 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The aid is paid in two instalments:
1° The first instalment is paid when the aid is granted. It corresponds to 70% of the amount;
2° The balance is paid after presentation, no later than eighteen months after the decision to grant the aid, of the supporting documents mentioned on the list in the appendix to this book.
In exceptional circumstances and at the reasoned request of the beneficiary, this period may be extended for a period not exceeding six months, by decision of the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.

Article 433-7

L’aide fait l’objet de deux versements :
1° Le premier versement est effectué au moment de l’attribution de l’aide. Il correspond à 70% de son montant ;
2° Le solde est versé après présentation, au plus tard dix-huit mois après la décision d’attribution de l’aide, des documents justificatifs mentionnés sur la liste figurant en annexe du présent livre.
A titre exceptionnel et sur demande motivée du bénéficiaire, ce délai peut être prolongé d’une durée qui ne peut excéder six mois, par décision du président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.
