Article 722-5 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Companies must provide evidence of sales of exploitation rights abroad for works meeting the conditions of article 722-6, either for a minimum amount of €100,000 during the year preceding the application for aid, or for a minimum amount of €200,000 during the two years preceding the application for aid.

Les entreprises justifient de ventes de droits d’exploitation à l’étranger portant sur des œuvres répondant aux conditions de l’article 722-6 soit pour un montant minimum de 100 000 € au cours de l’année précédant la demande d’aide, soit pour un montant minimum de 200 000 € au cours des deux années précédant la demande d’aide.
