Where the sentenced person has to serve a remaining sentence that is less than or equal to the sentence reductions that may be granted, the sentence enforcement judge may grant this measure without the need for the person to be reincarcerated.

Lorsque le condamné doit exécuter un reliquat de peine inférieur ou égal aux réductions de peine susceptibles d’être octroyées, le juge de l’application des peines peut accorder cette mesure sans qu’il soit nécessaire que la personne soit à nouveau écrouée.
