Article 723-38-1 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Judicial supervision is suspended by any detention occurring during its execution and not resulting from a withdrawal of all or part of the duration of sentence reductions decided pursuant to article 723-35, and it resumes, for the remaining period, at the end of this suspension.

Article 723-38-1

La surveillance judiciaire est suspendue par toute détention intervenant au cours de son exécution et ne découlant pas d’un retrait de tout ou partie de la durée des réductions de peine décidé en application de l’article 723-35, et elle reprend, pour la durée restant à courir, à l’issue de cette suspension.
