Notwithstanding the provisions of article A. 121-1, contracts covering the following risks may include a reduction or increase clause different from that mentioned in that article:
1° Contracts insuring more than three motor vehicles belonging to the same owner and requiring a category B licence to drive. However, vehicles intended to be hired for a period of at least twelve months or to be leased remain subject to the provisions of article A. 121-1.
2° Contracts covering agricultural risks as defined by article 1001 (1°) of the General Tax Code.
3° Contracts covering public transport vehicles for passengers or goods, or any vehicle with a permissible laden weight of over 3.5 tonnes.
4° Contracts, taken out by a legal entity, covering more than three motor vehicles belonging to employees or voluntary collaborators of this legal entity, on the occasion of any journey made for the needs of the contract holder and in his exclusive interest.
