Full members of staff and non-full members of staff with a contract of at least one year who are working in the establishment on the day of the ballot are eligible to vote and stand for election in colleges 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7.
Staff on availability, long-term leave or parental leave may not take part in the ballot.
Within college 5°, only high-level sportsmen and women enrolled in the establishment’s French centres on the closing date of the ballot and trainees enrolled on the closing date of the ballot in a training course provided by the establishment for a period of at least ten months may vote and stand for election.
Within college 6°, which is responsible for appointing two representatives of the staff mentioned inarticle R. 131-16 of the French Sports Code, there are two sub-colleges, the first made up of the heads of the establishment’s French centres and the second made up of all the other staff mentioned in article R. 131-16 of the French Sports Code working within the establishment’s French centres. These staff are entitled to vote and stand for election in the sub-college to which they belong.
Members of one college may neither vote in another college nor be chosen by a member of another college to represent it.
An electoral list is drawn up for each college and sub-college. No one may take part in the vote unless he/she is on an electoral list.
