The election to the Board of Directors of the three staff representatives referred to in 5° of article D. 211-39 shall be by single ballot. Each candidate is accompanied by a substitute.
In the event of a tie, the oldest candidate is elected.
Voting may be by post or by proxy.
L’élection au conseil d’administration des trois représentants des personnels mentionnés au 5° de l’article D. 211-39 a lieu au scrutin uninominal à un tour. Chaque candidature est accompagnée par celle d’un suppléant.
En cas d’égalité du nombre de suffrages obtenus, le candidat le plus âgé est élu.
Le vote peut avoir lieu par correspondance ou par procuration.
