Article A212-177 of the French Sports Code

It is the responsibility of the administrative authority, when requesting the issue of bulletin no. 2 of the criminal record and the information contained in the automated national judicial file of perpetrators of sexual or violent offences, to ensure that the person declaring that he/she is carrying out the activity mentioned in article L. 212-1 for remuneration has not been convicted of a crime or one of the offences mentioned in article L. 212-9.

Il appartient à l’autorité administrative, en demandant la délivrance du bulletin n° 2 du casier judiciaire et les informations contenues dans le fichier judiciaire national automatisé des auteurs d’infractions sexuelles ou violentes, de s’assurer que la personne qui déclare exercer contre rémunération l’activité mentionnée à l’article L. 212-1 n’a pas fait l’objet d’une condamnation pour crime ou pour l’un des délits mentionnés à l’article L. 212-9.
