Article A36-10-10 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Within a maximum of two months after the date of the examination, the chairman will convene a meeting of the committee to draw up a list of agents for whom the committee has issued a favourable opinion on the granting of the status of tax agent responsible for carrying out certain judicial police duties.

Only candidates who score at least thirty points in all three tests will be considered.

Dans un délai maximum de deux mois après la date de l’examen, le président réunit la commission aux fins d’arrêter la liste des agents pour lesquels la commission émet un avis favorable à l’octroi de la qualité d’agent des services fiscaux chargé de l’exercice de certaines missions de police judiciaire.

Seuls peuvent être retenus les candidats qui totalisent trente points au moins pour l’ensemble des trois épreuves.
