The documents sent by the competent authorities of the State in which the institution referred to in Article L. 370-1 has its registered office or principal place of business and referred to in the first paragraph of Article L. 370-3 are :
a) The name and contact details of the subscribing organisation in the territory of the French Republic ;
b) The main characteristics of the supplementary pension scheme referred to in the first paragraph of Article L. 381-1, including the guarantees offered and the contribution payment arrangements;
c) The list of Member States in which the institution provides supplementary occupational pension services;
d) The name, contact details and legal status of the institution;
e) Whether or not the operations concerned are subject to sub-ledger accounting.
These documents are sent in French. The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution acknowledges receipt of these documents. This acknowledgement shall commence the two-month period referred to in the first paragraph of Article L. 370-3.
