Title VII: Services provided by an institution for occupational retirement provision established in a Member State of the European Community or in another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area other than France

For the purposes of the last paragraph of Article L. 370-4, the authority referred to in Article L. 310-12 may ask the institution referred to in Article L. 370-1 for documents proving compliance with the provisions of the Insurance Code applicable to it, and in particular Articles L. 370-1 to L. 370-4 and R. 370-1 to R. 370-7.

For the application of article L. 370-3, the provisions governing the activity of the institution and which are indicated to the competent authorities of the State concerned are those, legislative and regulatory, listed in article L. 370-2 and those of Title VII of Book III.
