Article A370-3 of the French Insurance Code

For the application of article L. 370-3, the provisions governing the activity of the institution and which are indicated to the competent authorities of the State concerned are those, legislative and regulatory, listed in article L. 370-2 and those of Title VII of Book III. These competent authorities are also informed that no creditor of the institution, other than the members, insured or beneficiaries in respect of the operations defined in article L. 143-1, may claim any right whatsoever over the assets and rights resulting from these operations, under the conditions provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 143-7.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 370-3, les dispositions qui régissent l’activité de l’institution et qui sont indiquées aux autorités compétentes de l’Etat concerné sont celles, législatives et réglementaires, énumérées à l’article L. 370-2 et celles du titre VII du livre III. Il est également indiqué à ces autorités compétentes qu’aucun créancier de l’institution, autre que les adhérents, assurés ou bénéficiaires au titre des opérations définies à l’article L. 143-1, ne peut se prévaloir d’un quelconque droit sur les biens et droits résultant de ces opérations, dans les conditions prévues au premier alinéa de l’article L. 143-7.
