Article A370-2 of the French Insurance Code

For the purposes of the last paragraph of Article L. 370-4, the authority referred to in Article L. 310-12 may ask the institution referred to in Article L. 370-1 for documents proving compliance with the provisions of the Insurance Code applicable to it, and in particular Articles L. 370-1 to L. 370-4 and R. 370-1 to R. 370-7.

Pour l’application du dernier alinéa de l’article L. 370-4, l’autorité mentionnée à l’article L. 310-12 peut demander à l’institution visée à l’article L. 370-1 les documents justifiant du respect des dispositions du code des assurances qui lui sont applicables, et notamment des articles L. 370-1 à L. 370-4 et R. 370-1 à R. 370-7.
