The interview at the end of the traineeship includes:
1° A presentation of the traineeship by the candidate, not exceeding ten minutes, covering in particular the conditions under which the traineeship was carried out and the tasks performed by the candidate in each of the registry departments. For this presentation, candidates may use their probationary report or a presentation sheet prepared in advance.
2° A conversation with the jury, lasting twenty minutes, which may include questions relating to the presentation made, as well as theoretical questions or practical cases relating to:
– the organisation and operation of a commercial court,
– civil and commercial procedure;
– the keeping of legal publicity registers,
– commercial sureties and liens,
– the practice of commercial court registries;
– professional regulations and the administration of a commercial court registry.
– the digital tools used by the profession.
3° Where applicable, a hearing with the training supervisor, the duration of which is freely determined by the chairman of the jury. The chairman of the jury will give the candidate the opportunity to respond to any observations made.
The purpose of this interview is to enable the jury to verify the experience acquired by the trainee during the traineeship and to ensure that the trainee is capable of carrying out the duties of commercial court clerks.
The Conseil national des greffiers des tribunaux de commerce may decide that the trainee’s supervisor’s contribution is to be made by videoconference or by a similar means of telecommunication enabling him or her to be identified and guaranteeing his or her effective participation. In the event of special circumstances, it may also decide that the candidate’s interview is conducted by videoconference.
