In the event of redundancies for economic reasons involving fewer than ten employees within the same thirty-day period, the employer must inform the Regional Director for Business, Competition, Consumption, Labour and Employment in writing of the redundancies within eight days of sending the redundancy letters to the employees concerned.
The employer shall specify:
1° Its name and address;
2° The nature of the business and the number of employees in the company or establishment;
3° The surname, first names, nationality, date of birth, gender, address, job and qualifications of the employee(s) made redundant;
4° The date of notification of the redundancies to the employees concerned.
