Article D1233-42 of the French Labour Code

A committee chaired by the prefect(s) in the department(s) concerned is set up to monitor and evaluate the implementation of the revitalisation of employment areas, bringing together the company, the local authorities concerned, the consular bodies and the social partners who are members of the observatory(ies) for analysis and support for social dialogue and negotiation in the department(s) concerned.
The committee meets at least once a year, on the basis of the provisional or definitive report sent in advance by the company to the prefect(s) justifying the implementation of its obligation.
The final report assesses in particular the impact on employment of the measures implemented and includes information justifying the amount of the company’s contribution to the planned measures.

Pour le suivi et l’évaluation de la mise en œuvre de revitalisation des bassins d’emploi, il est institué un comité présidé par le ou les préfets dans le ou les départements concernés, associant l’entreprise, les collectivités territoriales intéressées, les organismes consulaires et les partenaires sociaux membres du ou des observatoires d’analyse et d’appui au dialogue social et à la négociation du ou des départements concernés.
Le comité se réunit au moins une fois par an, sur la base du bilan, provisoire ou définitif, transmis préalablement par l’entreprise au ou aux préfets et justifiant de la mise en œuvre de son obligation.
Le bilan définitif évalue notamment l’impact sur l’emploi des mesures mises en œuvre et comprend les éléments permettant de justifier le montant de la contribution de l’entreprise aux actions prévues.
