Article D1233-48-1 of the French Labour Code

The national framework agreement for revitalisation provided for in article L. 1233-90-1 or article L. 1237-19-4 includes in particular:

1° The territory or territories for which the actions provided for in article L. 1233-84 or article L. 1237-19-9 are financed by the contribution provided for in articles L. 1233-86 and L. 1237-19-11 respectively; 2° The actions or categories of actions contributing to the creation of activities, the development of employment and the mitigation of the effects of the redundancy envisaged or the effects of the agreement on the termination of the employment relationship. 1237-19-11 respectively;

2° The actions or categories of actions contributing to the creation of activities, the development of jobs and the mitigation of the effects of the envisaged redundancy or the effects of the agreement on the collective labour agreement eligible for financing by the contribution;

3° The total amount of the contribution provided for in article L. 1233-86 or article L. 1237-19-11, as well as the amount due for each territory designated as a beneficiary;

4° The duration of the agreement, which may not exceed forty months, except in special circumstances;

5° The procedures for steering, monitoring and evaluating the agreement.

La convention-cadre nationale de revitalisation prévue à l’article L. 1233-90-1 ou à l’article L. 1237-19-4 comporte notamment :  

1° Le ou les territoires pour lesquels les actions prévues à l’article L. 1233-84 ou à l’article L. 1237-19-9 sont financées par la contribution   prévue respectivement aux articles L. 1233-86 et L. 1237-19-11 ;      

2° Les actions ou catégories d’actions contribuant à la création d’activités, au développement des emplois et à l’atténuation des effets du licenciement envisagé ou des effets de l’accord portant rupture conventionnelle collective éligibles à un financement par la contribution ;  

3° Le montant total de la contribution prévue à l’article L. 1233-86 ou à l’article L. 1237-19-11, ainsi que le montant dû pour chaque territoire désigné comme bénéficiaire ;

4° La durée de la convention, qui ne peut dépasser quarante mois, sauf circonstances particulières ;

5° Les modalités de pilotage, de suivi et d’évaluation de la convention.
